This current project involves the enlargement and extension of a semi-detached house in Dublin.
The new rooms are housed within three distinct elements: the brick-finished structure to the side of the house contains more private spaces; the white plastered structure to the rear includes an atrium, kitchen, utility room, boiler room and a basement; the timber-finished structure in the garden contains a new living room with a south-facing terrace and views out over the trees of Griffith Avenue.
The project is due for completion in April 2009.
